National non-smoking week

(Ottawa) For National Non-Smoking Week, the Canadian Lung Association encourages people who want to quit smoking to use scientifically proven methods and to avoid gimmicky unproven methods, like electronic cigarettes.

It behooves me to see an organization such as this still quoting erroneous data that dates back to 2009, and they call themselves the Scientific Community?

There has been tons of irrefutable evidence provided with regards to the efficacy of the electronic cigarette, I guess the majority of smokers who have made the transition without committing suicide must all be victim of the placebo effect.

Thank God we have gun laws in Canada, I wouldn't want to see a teenage smoker on Champix knocking off school children, sponsored by big pharma and our very own government. Read more...
